Cold Heading is a processing method that uses the plastic deformation of the metal under the action of an external force, and with the help of a mold, redistributes and transfers the metal volume to form the required parts or blanks.
According to the metal plastic deformation theory, a certain pressure is applied to the metal blank at room temperature to cause plastic deformation in the mold cavity, and it is formed according to the specified shape and size. High-quality metal materials with good "plastic deformation" must be selected, such as riveting screw steel, whose chemical composition and mechanical properties have strict standards.
