Custom screws for Australian customers
Australian customers, the main product is luggage rack. Since 2017, we have started to purchase customized products from Chuanghe and have cooperated with Chuanghe for 5 years.
The customer inquired for a hexagon round head screw, carbon steel grade 10.9. When reviewing the customer's drawings, the engineer of Chuanghe found that the thickness of the screw head designed by the customer is 1.5mm+/-0.1, and the depth of the hexagonal drive is 2mm+0-0.35. The engineer judges that if the screws are produced according to the customer's design, there will be a risk of breakage. It is suggested that the customer thicken the head thickness of the screws or make the hexagonal drive smaller. The customer chose to increase the head thickness of the screw to 2mm+/-0.1, the hexagonal drive is unchanged. Finally, the screws were successfully produced without head breakage. The production cycle of the order was 35 days. The customer's new bike fixer came online perfectly.
